Chris Wellings, CEO

Chris has more than 20 years experience in information technology. He specialises in systems specification and implementation, technical troubleshooting and client support with particular expertise in document management and eCommerce.

Susan Butler de Sejas, Operations Manager

Susan is in charge of CTC's document scanning operations, managing our team of data capture specialists. Sue has meticulous attention to detail, making sure you receive an efficient, cost effective service.

Milindra Senaratne, Technical Manager

Milindra heads up CTC's dataroom integration team and is responsible for all aspects of setting up and administering our clients' datarooms. This includes managing our dedicated servers and disaster recovery contingency planning.

Mike was originally a commercial lawyer, but for the last 15 years he has been immersed in the ombudsman and complaints handling world. From 1997 to 2000 he was deputy banking ombudsman and from 2004 to 2008 he was chief executive of The Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education (OIA).
