Data Capture Solutions

The data capture process involves the following:

  • All documents are scanned and converted to electronic format (PDF) - this can either be done at your offices or at one of ours (we have offices in both London and Henley-on-Thames).

  • The documents are catalogued and indexed prior to upload to the web site.

  • Additional documents can be uploaded by your staff as required - only authorised staff will be able to do this.

  • We can also offer heavy duty scanning should you require this - for archiving statutory records, etc.

The data conversion process in the case of a typical Dataroom for Mergers & Acquisition will take between 2 and 5 days. This includes indexing the uploaded documents and carrying out quality control on the data. Clearly if you are building a Document Archive, the data capture process can run into months or longer.
