The digital Dataroom product is ideal for legal and/or financial organisations carrying out due diligence on the sale of a company. CTC's first Dataroom product was used in this respect to help ReOrient Legal Ltd to manage the sale of Hastings Direct, the UK's 5th largest insurance broker, a transaction that was carried out largely online through the use of this innovative technology.

The system incorporates the highest grade of SSL encryption and certificates, can only be accessed by authorised personnel (via unique pincode, username and password), with full audit trails of documents downloaded available on a person by person basis. It also contains an Information Request Centre that allows interested parties to liaise with the legal team, make requests for information and see fully documented replies to their requests.
